Im serious.... whats up with that
They investigated themselves no shhhh either, then after much scrutiny they passed it on to an organization that gets money from AIBA to investigate it. That's why that one cat who got dropped five times in his fight won the fight and it wasn't until all he broke out that they had to come out and reverse the judgement and award the right call on the winner. AIBA is as bad as fifa.

For everyone saying "forget AIBA" "turn pro" that's not the point.. Conlan was turning pro either way. He was going to go pro 4 years ago but held out to try and capture gold in Rio...

Conlan won a bronze medal in London and put turning pro on hold, since then he has won a gold medal in the commonwealth games, the European championships and the world championship's...the one and only medal Conlan didn't win as an amateur was the Olympic gold...

So he has not just been robbed of his goal, but also the last 4 years where he could have been pro.. Also think of why he wanted the gold so much, he has won every other amateur medal and it would of been a big BIG payday and bargaining chip for him when he did turn pro as every promoter in boxing would want him.......

Obviously alot of promoters will still want him, but imagine if he won in Rio, would basically be just like Loma, Joshua and GGG.... Maybe not loma but his amateur record (in medal's) equals that of GGG (silver medal in olympics compared to bronze for Conlan the only diff) and beats Joshua...
Look at them now., the difference that medal would of made for the start of his career would be huge.
And that is why he blew his lid after been robbed of that ( besides the problems of the Irish team during the games)

No prizes for guessing how you came up with that bull**** argument then.
Guess what? I watched this fight. As for me I don't see how one can score this fight properly from the available video - you need another angle of view to see all the punches. So, as I said, show me your statistics if you say that it was robbery, otherwise it's just all cheap talk.
Read some fighters interviews. All experienced fighters say that in a close fight a win can go either way. So if you don't win decisively you shouldn't cry about a robbery. All experienced fighters from all the countries say about that but as always sofa experts know better.

Have you ever actually been in a ring :\, and I don't mean just standing there or whatever but actually competed at,at least intermediate level???
If so you would know Conlan won that fight, and their is punch statistics out for the fight, go look for them cause I cant be arsed going looking and pasting and all that....

To be fair, what the fck would judge's from Sri Lanka...brazil...and Poland know about scoring a fight???
And you my delusional little friend should really look at how to score a fight yourself.....

Alot of people think that Katie Taylor won her fight...i disagree with them, she could of won, but that was a close a fight, and to be fair the other girl deserved it more as to me she hit her alot with the right hand and kept the pressure on for the 4 rounds, but was also getting countered alot....that was a close fight.....
Why do you think the Conlan fight as gained so much attention, its not just cause he had a tantrum, it was because it was a clear robbery, the second in a few hours at the time

I think he gained more publicity from this than if he would have won gold.

AIBA could go F themselves. Conlan was speaking his mind after getting robbed. AIBA should pay for their disrespect for the sport (not punishing the judges, just sending them home)

                      Ya probably...
But I'm sure he would rather say he had won every gold medal possible to him in the amateur ranks and not wasted 4years on something he could have said at anytime you know
