It's a known fact he was waiting to see if Floyd was coming back. Hearn had contacted Garcia's team about the possibility of Brook v Garcia and he was told they're waiting on Floyd as Garcia was going to be the opponent.

He was essentially doing what Khan was doing a couple of years ago...he never got the Floyd fight either.

I saw Garcia in the NBC/PBC &/or Corona ad yesterday.. Him, Wilder & LSC.. Wilder & LSC just fought last month.. Garcia seems to changing his profession from boxer to commentator as he is mostly there on all PBC fights commentating...
