Kell Brook isn't Roberto Duran or Ricky Hatton,. He looked muscular and fit at 176, not fat.

You know all that stuff in the second pic that's covering up the muscles you can see in the first pic, that's FAT.

Do you think it's healthy for a boxer to have 3% body fat 22 days before a fight?

Dear me, take a seat son.

Do you think carrying 20lbs of useless fat will help him compete 2 divisions higher than he usually does?

The fact that you call it 20 lbs of fat tires me immediately as I then know I'm discussing with someone who knows nothing about the subject and has never had to lose an ounce in his life.

You have no clue what fat is and no idea what it does for the body.

You talk of it as a useless thing, which is totally uneducated and completely laughable.

So yeah, I'm taking a pass. See your local nutritionist.

He's getting used to the higher weight and will be cutting the fat the closer he gets to the fight. If he put on 20lbs of muscle he wouldn't have any weight to shed and would have to drain himself to make weight.

It's OK to admit you can't.
