Memo isn't competing.

The cheat is the guy taking illegal substances to gain an advantage, not the supplier. If it wasn't Memo they'd find someone else to supply them. It's crazy that this guy gets more stick than the actual cheat.

those tests are for in competition only, most PED cheats juice up in between fights and already tapered it out of their system by the time in competition testing starts. Most boxing fans and even some Marquez fans think he took PEDs for that fight. When you're conditioning coach has to use a fake name to hide his PED connection then you know some sketchy **** is going on.

They said why. It had to be dealt with when they were negotiating the contract or thereabouts. When Marquez mentioned it, it was way too late. It would have taken time to renegotiate and then get VADA/USADA involved. Time which they no longer had at that point.

2ndly, by the time they had it all set up, Memo Heredia would have made sure that the PEDs would no longer be in Marquez's system or Memo would have made sure that the PEDs would not show up during testing.

Lastly, Marquez could taken PEDs then Memo would have timed it so that Marquez cycled off once the testing for the fight approached.
