those tests are for in competition only, most PED cheats juice up in between fights and already tapered it out of their system by the time in competition testing starts. Most boxing fans and even some Marquez fans think he took PEDs for that fight. When you're conditioning coach has to use a fake name to hide his PED connection then you know some sketchy **** is going on.

If by tested you mean the bottom of standards Nevada urine before the fight and pee right after? To where all you can tell is what was in their system the night of the fight?
Sure as ***** wasn't VADA standards that would have told what was in his system weeks leading up to the fight.. In fact those standards he (Juan) turned down when It came to negotiating for a possible 5th fight
