Dr. Daniel Eichner has his political agenda. He hates Russian boxers.

He works for a WADA approved laboratory, and is a former USADA member.

He's not a WADA member. Get it?

                WADA cleared Povetkin. Get it?

So why is he on the WADA website?

There are currently 34 laboratories around the world accredited to conduct human doping control sample analyses. Several other laboratories have expressed interest in entering the WADA accreditation process.

It appears in the WADA website as the head of a WADA approved laboratory, exactly as I said above.

This Dr is no member of WADA and doesn't take decisions.

You can create your own lab and make it a WADA aprooved lab. It doesn't mean you are a member of WADA or a WADA researcher.
