Maybe because he's ranked number 2... Reading and comprehension is fundamental.

Your seriously an idiot. You wrote in the thread about what makes a boxer boring is "excessive movement and holding" yet you were Wladmir's number one fan on here for years.....hypocritical huh?

Now your going to call Wilder a coward even though HE IS THE ONE WHO WAS GOING TO RUSSIA TO FIGHT POVETKIN! Not the other way around. Not to mention he was the champion. He didn't have to do that at all. That takes serious balls like when Hopkins went to New York to defend his titles against Trinidad.(New York is a 2nd home to Ricans).

How is it Wilder's fault Povetkin failed a drug test and the fight was canceled? How? Did Wilder piss hot for him? No, it was Povetkins mistake that is the reason this fight hasn't happened yet. Try again dumbass.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!! Just as I called it! I knew the WBC would take away Povetkin's mandatory spot...Those 3 negative tests did him in....Now the cheat has to fight for his mandatory shot.......clean.

This is actually a really good fight. We get to see if the Meldonium made any significant difference for Povetkin and we get to see if Stiverne was actually dehydrated against Wilder or just washed up. Both guys about the same size and will come to fight, I like it.

I like this match up here and I respect the WBC's decision in letting Povetkin to reclaim his mandatory spot. I tend to lean towards Povetkin because he is the busier and more active of the two and perhaps an even harder puncher than Stiverne.

In addition, he gets his punches off first. Whereas, Stiverne is more of a boxer/counter puncher who likes to pace himself by laying back, setting traps with subtle movements and choosing and picking his spots in spurts.

The big question is, does Bermane has enough punching power to hurt or stop Alexander, because he sure didn't against Deontay Wilder? However if he does, then he has a very good chance of pulling off the upset but if not, then it's a wrap.
