But Ruslan wanted to fight Manny, and he was willing to get a new trainer (which he did) if it was necessary. Pacquiao was the one who didn't want to fight Ruslan because of his relationship with him. Bradley and Crawford have both said that they don't want to fight each other. Another example of friends wanting to fight are Danny Garcia and Broner! I wish Haymon would make that happen ASAP!

It truly doesn't matter what Crawford has to say at this point. Arum was going to keep this fight an in-house fight. Unless Crawford's team was willing to give up give a few major concessions, Vargas was getting this fight. There is literally nothing Crawford's team can do to pressure Pac into forcing Arum's hand. Pac is a loyal company guy. Sucks for Crawford. But it's not like he can't continue building his own legacy.
