They're both SUSPECT, and so is Povetkin and many others! We just need the WBA and IBF to follow the WBC's lead and develop a year-round testing program!Comment

Mm yeah... like Wilder had nothing against making the fight.I don't understand why you guys have to lie so much. Wilder's team cancelled the fight? Are you guys sick or something? Do you type these things from your bed in the mental ward or what? I really don't get it?
Everybody knows the wbc postponed the fight pending further investigation, so why lie about something so obvious?

It's not magic. Some drugs are stored in fat cells, so they can re appear in the blood stream when fat is being burned, in very small quan******. Exactly what happened here. Nano grams of meldonium were detected, way below the illegal limit.WADA guidelines didn't account for a guy having a clean slate for three consecutive blood tests and then having the drug magically re-appear again. But then again, we both know this and it's obvious you just throwing shade on the facts to confuse the casual.
Ps. You're not a Wilder fan, a Wilder fan wouldn't blatantly lie like you just did.Comment

So, the OP reads: "The World Boxing Council has released their ratings for the month of August and Olympic gold medal winner Alexander Povetkin (30-1, 22KOs) has retained his mandatory position, sitting at number one, to WBC heavyweight champion Deontay Wilder..."
... and it reads what it reads...Comment

Perhaps so, this fight just has to happen.Originally posted by House tyrelli feel that povetkin was cheated or at the very least played by someone deep in the industry. i do not believe wilder nor his team wanted that fight, especially his "adviser".Comment

WBC cancelled the fight.Comment

Yes...and this is what many boxing fans are completely overlooking.
The amount found in his system clearly was not above the allowable limit, but you got folks out here saying that Povetkin "failed" the test.
There are a lot of athletes from Russia that had meldonium in their systems after January 1st that appealed because it was below the guideline set by the anti-doping agency.Comment
