Golovkin wasn't ordered to fight Ward and Ward couldn't make 168 anyway. He admitted it. It would have been nice for this fight to happen but it wasn't mandatory. Golovkin didn't vacate a belt and move down a weight class.

The other side says they were offered insulting money to fight GGG.

Too many different fighters are saying the same thing about him and his team.

Jacobs was offered and received 1.5M to fight Quillen and Saunders was offered 1.5M to fight Golovkin. Why was it ok to accept the offer for a Quillen fight but the very same amount is an "insult" to fight Golovkin?

I'm guessing its an "insult" because Jacobs needs way more to take a really tough fight against Golovkin.

Jacobs is indirectly stating that Golovkin is a way superior fighter to Quillen. But GGG detractors say he hasn't fought anyone and shit on all his opponents. They should consult with Jacobs' team.

If Jacobs thought the same way about Golovkin - that all his opponents were crap - then I don't think he would be insulted to receive 1.5M. Ditto Saunders.

And what did Froch say about GGG prior to the Groves 2 fight? "... swerve him like the plague" - so why did he say that then when now he says "he hasn't fought anyone"? Hypocrite!
