All of that stuff you wrote about Atlas has nothing to do with why I don't like Atlas. I can only speak for myself. I don't like him because he is an attention junkie. He talks way too much and yells and shouts too much. He lessens my enjoyment of fights because he talks non stop every second of every round and it's distracting. He always talks about weird stuff like wheelhouses and crab apple fights and silent agreements and setting the table and eating instead of sticking to boxing in clear, easy to understand terms. He acts like he is the biggest boxing expert in history and knows everything. He said Bradley won the first Pacquiao fight so how much of an expert can he be? He is always questioning the courage of the fighters in the ring as if he could do better. As far as I know he only had a few amateur fights and he hasn't been very successful as a trainer. Who is he to disrespect the courage of the pro boxers in the ring today? He always yells " ****" at the top of his lungs when he throws a fake punch during the fight plan part of the show. Those are some reasons I don't care for Atlas as the announcer of ESPN fights. I wish they would replace him with a better and much quieter announcer.

I like him as a boxing voice, but facts are facts.
After he became Bradley's trainer he clearly said Bradley won the first fight. If that isn't a dishonest blatant lie then what is? If he will lie about something that important then he is capable of lying about anything. So much for Mr. honesty, the tell it like it is corruption fighter.

What's not to like about this guy?
He called judges corrupt or incompetent at best for declaring Bradley the winner in the first fight, only to agree with the same judges years latter?

Well he speaks too much truth for one, he doesn't mince his words and he isn't one of those privileges chasing boxing journos like Steve Kim or fat Dan.
