Saunders gives me the impression of a fighter who wants to leverage that WBO belt for every last quid he can squeeze out of it.... from one fight. Suppose GBP has already promised him a fight in December against Canelo? Why should BJS put in the work against Rosado if that's the case? Might as well pummel a domestic semi-contender and move on to Canelo for the big cash.

If that's the case he just spat in the face of GBP. Khan who is probably the most recognizable UK fighter only put up about half a mil with Canelo. GBP really needed to give BJS American exposure to try to sell this. Without that the only thing he has to offer is a WBO belt. I think it's possible BJS can lose out on the sweepstakes and GBP can find someone else for Canelo to fight in December, which part of me kind of hopes.

P.S. As mad as everyone is at BJS, I blame Andy Lee. We all knew this would happen if he would win the WBO belt. Andy Lee would've been fought Canelo/GGG by now.
