HBO also needs to bite the bullet and put the fucking fight on regular HBO!

I agree with you, I'm watching anyhow but a fight of this magnitude needs to be made available to as many people as possible.
How about Russia? That would also sell nicely.

If Ryabinsky believed that he would've made an offer already.

I think you might be surprised. Boxing has literally nothing else this year.

I been seeing 'the best fight the best' thing is people dont mention that here to often because a few fights are not signed yet...but In due time the demand is usually met when the money is right...in most cases that is.

MD, don't be a fag dude. Just please, no fuckboy garbage.

This has been a topic for a couple days. The majority of people discussing this agree that T Mobile is not the best arena and Vegas is not the best location.

I am only suggesting Oaklnad at this point because it will alleviate the concerns about low ticket and PPV sales in PBP's post. Yesterday I suggested Atlantic city but thats not an option. Other than Montreal where would you suggest? Carson city? Barclays?

I am willing to here any suggestions.

There is no way this fight will fill up a 20,000 seat venue like T-Mobile.

Enjoy boxing or enjoy negotiations? Because based on what Kovalev's promoter is saying, negotiations is all we may be getting.
I am very surprised the powers that be miscalculated the interest for this fight by putting it in Vegas in such a large arena.

The fact its on PPV stinks. I am hoping it does 150-200k. Even if it does, Canelo/SMith will do more and reinforce the notion that stars carry sales and not great fights.

I hope so. The fighters deserve to be rewarded. But that kick-off "press-conference" was an embarrassment.

That's what I said all the time: the fight isn't signed...

I didn't see it but if one fighter doesn't turn up, the chances of it being a success are nil.

I am surprised that Duva didn't make the fight there. SHe supposedly had some big money Russians bankrolling her. Why didn't they make a huge offer to get this in Russia like they did with Povetkin/Wkad?

I seriously doubt Ward would agree to fight there.
