Arum was in the news a week ago and said Pacquaio has agreed to fight Crawford. A few days later, he's presenting Vargas. Is it because he can manipulate Vargas more than Crawford in the negotiation? If he wanted Crawford for Pacquaio why would he add Vargas to the list of choices?

I don't get what this old crocodile is doing. Pacquiao wasn't even asking for a list.
