point blank I am an American so I will pull for my fellow Citizen, Ward that is. With that said, it will go 1 of 3 ways; 1. Andre will either come out and establish the correct distance and timing to disrupt Kov's offense, and ppints him to death in a 12 ud. 2. Or Kovalev will clip AW early and possibly overwhelm him with power and get a KO. Or 3. Ward will shock everybody, for the 1st time ever, and get aggressive with Kov, get him thinking and uncomfortable, while he combos the he// out of Kov until later rounds, where Kov runs out of gas from body work and goes down- or close to it.
It looks to be a good fight for #p4p supremacy. Only problem I really foresee is the fact that Kov doesn't really listen to John D Jackson between rounds and if it comes down to Kov needing to make a serious adjustment, per JDJ, he doesn't and gets embarrassed. Apologize for being so lengthy

Kovalev, more exciting, more active and fights better competition.

Ward has had one foot in retirement for about 4 years, does not entertain when he fights and keeps requesting unranked guys like Smith, Brand and Barrera.

If it's close I hope Kovalev gets the decision, and Ward rides off into the sunset.

But to be fair, Ward has some good head-butting, clinching, low blow and arm-clamping skills.

But if there's an honest ref to stop him from using those illegal tactics, he doesn't have much, except for his feather-fisted but fast hand speed.
