[QUOTE=BCTaylor;16929036]So your suggestion for evading Ward's leading left is to circle towards his power hand? Urm okey. Now I know he's a left handed orthadox, but there's still enough pop in that right hand to make you think twice. You saw that 1,2 land over Brand's lazy left hanging guard. What's to stop him from ripping a right hook to the body, or faint with the lead right land the left hook? I dunno I think there's too many situations to say, do this or do that to evade the lead left. Sure Crawford had success against Postol's, but Ward has a lot more tricks up his sleeve than Postol.

Ward will outbox Kovalev and win a decision
It's highly likely that Ward already fought the toughest fighters he'd ever fight, stylistically. I think in the end, Froch and Bika will end up being #1 and #2 physically toughest fights for Ward, and stylistically. I think Kovalev is great but I think Bika and Froch will end up being tougher stylistically. And no, do not put words in my mouth, Bika is not better than Kovalev...this is not what i'm saying...just in case. Talking styles and physicality hereComment

oh the irony. it's so hilarious that this is the exact argument GGG fans use when you/ all the other's nerdlings attack them for on a daily basis.
If we're being real here ( which you clearly arnt) you would say yeh ok ward ducked the Shabransky fight because he's too dangerous, so they took a no hoper to look good agaisnt.
the point here is kovalav is taking the ward fight very seriously fighting a tough top 10'er.
Ward is fighting someone who isnt even light heavyweight ffs, that taking the kovalev fight seriously is it ?
dunno why im tryint to talk sense to you tbhComment

What? i said i will still watch it.
Shabransky wanted it, they offered ward to fight twice last year, they chose barrera instead.
Shabransky v ward was scheduled again for the august date. again what happened there? They chose this brand bum
It's pretty obvious he was too dangerous, so they chose a scrub.
To say 'nobody wanted it' is total BS.
The point here is, if Ward is serious about the kovalev fight, why is he choosing scrubs?
I just hope the fight goes through, i got a bad feeling ward will pick up an 'injury' in this BS fight.
Hope im wrong.
Bet you one of the guys who said Wilder would never go to Russia, and then when he signed the contract, you said he would get 'injured' before the fight, and then when Povetkin tested positive, you said Wilder drugged Povetkin or paid Vada, the same vada you probably said was better than usada before one of your russian fantasy tops were exposed.
Did I miss anything?Comment

Translation: "You HOPE he picks up an 'injury' so you can accuse him of ducking coz you scared your russian fantasy top will get his ass whooped."

The question to ask is, how is Kov going to respond to not being able to land on a super slick technician? Not to mention, Ward DOES have enough power to keep his opponents honest. His shots may not be 1 punch KO power, but when he's landing steady streams of shots on Kov, I'd like to see how he responds.
I'd probably venture to say that if Kov doesn't KO Ward inside of 6-7, he's at risk of getting stopped in the late rounds.Comment

Back up that talk. Put your account on the line. If you are scared to put your account on the line. Sit down and shut the fuuck up.
Ward is not backing out or pulling out of this fight. If you believe that, shut the fuuck up and put your account on the line.Comment
