So many Ward fans complain about GGG fighting the smaller Brook. At least GGG is fighting a champion. Ward is fighting a smaller 168 pound fighter at 175 and the guy is unranked. Ward's 168 pound days are over. He weighed in at 175 without a bit of extra weight. Ward will slaughter this guy because he is a cherry pick and not in Ward's class at all. GGG is about a 5 to 1 betting favorite to beat Brook while Ward is about a 25 to 1 favorite to beat Brand. Ward is fighting the toughest guy he could possibly fight in November so I give him great credit for that but he sure fought some lousy guys getting ready for Kovalev.

This is not a championship fight. It's a tune up. The fact that he's fighting Kovalev in November and there are still people criticizing him speaks for itself.
