I believe he is, but the decision was overturned and Spence ended up losing against Zamkovoy who was in Rio but lost.

Conwell looked very frustrated. He had some success, but Vikas Krishan did more without a doubt. I gave Krishan all three rounds, but I could see Conwell taking one of them. I think Krishan was doing slightly more in every round.
Conwell is by far the least impressive member of team USA that we have seen so far.

Spence beat Krishan at the 2012 Olympics. That shows how talented Spence is.
