  • Some of the best fighters of these games have been from Uzbekistan.
Don't try to take credit away from them just because of a few decisions.
Giyasov-Iglesias was close. Even Iglesias didn't complain.
Even if you don't think he beat Iglesias, Giyasov really impressed many people in his two previous fights. So it's not like he has been receiving "gift decisions."

I need to rewatch that Yeraliyev-Akhmadaliev fight. At first watch I had Yeraliyev winning the first round without a doubt, but I thought the last two rounds ended up being close. Yeraliyev the more active, but Akhmadaliev was connecting hard shots.
I would have preferred for Yeraliyev to take the win since he worked harder in the fight, but I'm not sure if it was a robbery.
I would need to rewatch it.

But other than those two decisions, which in my opinion weren't robberies, what other fighter from Uzbekistan have received controversial decisions?

That's possibly two medals just because of these two decisions. The competition isn't even halfway done.

PS: Igleasias is used to it by now, he just closed his eyes in disbelief again, you do remember what happened to him at the Worlds right against Azerbeijan. He is the unwanted child in boxing 69 division, can't even medal at the Worlds. I mean Roniel Iglesias is the cleanest puncher from the Cuban team and he can't even medal thanks to Azerbeijan and Uzbekistan who are sending tough man brawlers with grecko-roman style to the podium. If you can't see this you need to open your eyes.

      • Like Robeisy has no chance against Akmadaliev, the scorecards will be done in advance. It's even possible that Robeisy might not even get to the semifinal.

Pretty much if you're a clean, solid boxer and box beautifully and by the rules unless you're with Uzbekistan and Kazahstan you're screwed.

I don't know why you're grouping Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, and Azerbaijan.
You do realize Azerbaijan is doing horrible, right? I think they only have three more fighters left on the men's side and Sotomayor and Shakhsuvarly are probably not going to medal. Mamishzada may not even medal based on how two of the fighters looked yesterday, specifically Zoirov. I wouldn't be surprised if he loses either to Zoirov or Sattibayev.

You can ask people who are some of more impressive fighters of these games and I bet you will get a lot fighters from Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan on the list.
Both countries have just been performing amazingly.
What controversial decisions has Kazakhstan gotten? Please, tell me.

Also, Uzbekistan was actually robbed a few times at the World Championships that's why they didn't perform well. Hasanboy Dusmatov was one of the fighters that got robbed and now he's a contender for the Val Barker trophy.

I group them all because they have been past and present offenders with Uzbekistan right now as number 1

*** Quoted the wrong poster, this was for pestid

Forget that article, why don't you tell us all the fights exactly where Uzbek fighters won on robberies... Let's see it. We all have access to the full fights, so tell us the fights where Uzbeks won by clear robbery so we can watch

Theres been a handful of robberies, and I've hardly seen any coming by way of Uzbek fighters.

You were crying yesterday about some Cuban getting robbed, when he clearly lost... Not sure you have much credibility anymore when it comes to this.

Tulugonov lost a decision against Tishenko. A couple other Uzbeks lost decisions. The one who beat the Cuban clearly won. Duzmatov deserved the gold. The only one bad decision was the one today against the Kazakh (I missed the fight) and possibly one other bad decision in probably a close fight.

Stop crying and acting like the Uzbek fighters suck and are being gifted medals. You're just as bad as the judges. They're simply DOING it right now... And 98% of the robberies have been non-Uzbek fighters.

Once again, you were complaining so much about a Cuban losing a CLOSE ASS fight that most people saw the other way, and called it a straight up robbery... Relax bro. You're obviously not being level-headed when it comes to this.

I highly doubt Hi-tech is Uzbek, he's saw basically every fight just like me.. Except a few, and even he's telling you you're wrong and to relax. Lol. The judges may suck, but I promise you if you sit down and rewatch this whole tourney... "The Uzbek fighters," are not being gifted medals, the fighters are doing it. Close fights are close fights. They can go either way.

                • No research is needed, this dude is literally blind AF.

Yeaterday this guy said that the Uzbek (and I quote) landed "3 punches that round." Against the Cuban, and that there's no way he won.

He LITERALLY... Snapped the Cubans head back that round like 7 times, and landed a solid 16-20 punches... Meanwhile the Cuban was the one who landed 3 punches, every 55 seconds...

And he cried robbery and now this. It went literally the exact opposite as how you said. Calm down man, lol.

The Uzbek team turning around their team in 8 months to be this superpower?
Read the article maybe that will help you out. Besides Dusmatov who is one of the most skilled fighter in the tournament the Uzbek team is full of tough men grecko-roman fighters. Watch Rabii lose against Giasanov, it doesn't matter what he will do, he will lose cause it's predetermined. As far as Iglesias getting his head snapped backI dare you to show me footage of this or the 16-20 solid punches. What are you a ****** or a failed ********.

Why don't you watch the Yereliev fight with your eyes wide open. Since he is a Kazakh and not Cuban maybe you'll see how he was jobbed.
