Its a double edged sword pal, so its Pot calling pot black & lets face it, GGG gets more hate than Ward, fact!
People know Ward is a seasoned, proven fighter.. You do get some delusional fans both sides & that has been the case on this forum since I can remember, but GGG haters take extra time to make threads about GGG & GGG's fans like they have got a point to prove every hour of the day..

Edit: Lets take this comment of yours for e.g, you came in here, & quoted me & told me that I bash ward on his threads & not an ounce of proof.. I never bash Ward, I like the guy as a boxer but I am not a big fan personally..

GGG is white. Most boxing fans in the US are black. Black people care way more about what race people are in 2016 than white people because race has affected them more historically. When something has affected you or your people for hundreds of years, it's hard to let go of it even when it's not directly affecting you anymore. Any time something happens, you still have it in your mind that it has to be because of race. You project.

It's a perfect storm of circumstances that allowed one of the most boring fighters in history, Floyd Mayweather, who never fought the guy the fans wanted him to fight, and was an ******* out of the ring, to become one of the most beloved fighters of all time by his fan base, while making GGG, one of the most exciting fighters you'll see, who calls out all the best in his division, and is a gentleman, one of the most hated fighters by many US fans.

It's just the way it is. I still have hope for humanity to come together, stop judging people by race either in a pro-your own race way or an anti-other race way, and stop falling for the elite's divide and conquer tactics. We can be better than this.

Eloquently delivered, but I'm not blinded by some of these races posters but well said.

I live in NY & I do know some fight fans who are biased & some who are fair in their assessment. But most of them agree on one guy as their fav fighter - Ali.

Everything said and done, here are some facts:
                      1. The sport is bigger than any one person
                      2. You always root for a fighter you want to root for & could be any of the reasons: race, country, city

People fail to realize if someone disagrees with them then its ok, you dont have to have a personal vendetta because they don't necessarily see eye-eye with you.. Hell, if everybody liked the same shirt, imagine how it would be..
Its just people's opinion, they are entitled to it..
