And yet Ward will open as the favourite?

Once the fight is over, Killa Kov steps up in the ring to cll out Ward, and Ward says, "Oh, we gonna get it on but you all need to realize that I just finished a tough, tough fight. I'm going to take some time with my family and evaluate what is best for my career."

Commentator: "So, you are going to be fighiting Kovalev in November correct?"

Ward: "Like I said, I'm going to spend some time with my family and think about my career, but I definitely want to fight him at some point."

Within two weeks, it comes out that he is retiring from the sport at the request of his great grandmother or something.

Yet it's Ward who is fighting a 39 year old, ranked outside of the top 20 super middle weight at light heavy weight. Great things, great things indeed.

All of this moving up just to avoid Gennady. Pssy.

movingup a weigth class to fight a pound for pounder instead of fighting a pound for pounder who is naturally smaller is... bad?

he's signed to fight a pound for pounder at 175 lbs in november. keep crying and acting like he's a coward. makes you look like a teenaged boy. or girl, really.

you'd sh#t your pants if andre ward was genuinely mad at you.

                  Constant pessimism must be tiring...

They're seriously going to do a PPV feat a guy that doesn't sell a lot of tickets and a Russian with a small (but devoted) fan base two weeks after a Pacquiao PPV??

                      It's gonna bomb.
