So the BBBoC must have suspended Tyson and Hughie last month, because of a test taken in March last year, and now they've unsuspended them because the Furys are going to the courts over it.

One thing is clear to me - if UKAD had any real evidence of steroid abuse by Tyson and Hughie, they wouldn't have backed down like that.

Yes but it was a different situation in that the governing body of the game (AFL) was ultimately responsible for handing down any punishment and they were never going to suspend one club pending an investigation as it would've turned the whole competition into a farce

It was literally the equivalent of the Patriots or Manchester United being under investigation - the NFL or EPL would never stand them down pending a decision if they had the power to prevent it

Players were banned for 12 months

Whole thing was a farce.

ASADA accused players of taking drug X

Given that there was no concrete evidence of this, AFL found them not guilty

WADA appealed to Court of Arbitration for Sport in Switzerland who found them guilty on circumstantial evidence (an associate of a consultant to the club had ordered drug X from China and players couldnt prove that they didnt take it )
