Khan needs to get on and do something regards his floundering career, he must remember he moved up eight pounds and was knocked unconscious after telling everyone how much the weight suited him.It's time for him to fight a top welterweight contender and stop trying to leech off other fighters names.

Damn that's WORSE than KhanELO. Brook and Khan need to fight at the end of the year and call it battle of who got KTFO of the Year Award. Both are going up for the WRONG side of that one... They probably would try and brag about who's Knocked OUT was better??? Khan can say he was out for days and Brook can brag about doing two backflips when he got KO'd.

In seriousness Brook needs to WORRY about GGG and NOTHING else. He keeps worrying about Khan and preparing for a fight with him he's gonna need more than a few minutes to get up. He might get permanently hurt l.

Brook aint willing to fight any top welterweight contenders either. Who cares if he wanted to represent a country that doesn't even have a boxing team? It's not like england need any help. Kell is going to get a career threatening beat down.

Brook can't get fights with any of the top WW's because they are all with Haymon and it's a closed shop. He would have the same problem if he moved up to SWW. That's the main reason he wants to fight GGG.

Honestly, half the criticism of this fight is because Canelo poisoned the well. Canelo went looking for the most money at the lowest risk, and found Khan. That's totally different from Golovkin looking for a middleweight, and then facing the choice of 1. fighting Brook on 9-10 or 2. Negotiating from scratch with someone else, and only fighting 2 times this year instead of 3.

People would be making Hagler/Leonard comparisons, if we hadn't just seen a more cynical money grab in Canelo/Khan.

True, except the US fans at this site burst blood vessels with righteous indignation at any comparison between Brook, GGG, and super-human ring Gods like Hagler and SRL.

Khan started at lightweight and went to middleweight whereas Brook hasnt. Also a Brook-Canelo fight wouldnt have been seen as a mismatch. Its only a mismatch with GGG because he is a knockout artist regardless of weight and is a pure monster. I can see both Khan and Brook cashing out... both go to middleweight and get KOed and both go to a rematch/trilogy with each other e.g. ending 1-1 or 2-1 Khan. Anyway as much as this is a mismatch its great to see GGG in UK.

Hmmmm... Why is that? Maybe because all the other top MW DUCKED him. He was Ginger mandatory for two years. Cotto, PQ, Jacobs, Saunders and Eubanks... All ducked him. Please don't say Lara.
