It's the smell. The show has a certain aura of duck and jaded diva. Who wants to be second billing to that? Off to London with it, Smith has a fan base that will sell out a BIG stadium.

Whoever gave Ortiz advice is an idiot. This is a huge tragedy. He would have gotten big exposure and been in line to fight fury/Klitschko. It would be worth fighting for nothing!
