        1. Crawford- I can't put him over guys like Ward and Kovalev simply due to two good wins (his last fight was a master class though). He may prove to be the best, but he hasn't yet.
        2. Ward- For as much **** as I talk about Ward, he is the best until proven otherwise. The fact that he has fought nobody in YEARS and I still pick him to beat a killer like Kovalev says a lot.
        3. Rigo- Only one good win, but not his fault. I've never seen someone so shamlessly ducked in my life. He will get old on the shelf before he can ever prove how great he is.
        4. Kovalev- My number two fighter. Winner of he and Ward is #1 in my book.
        5. Bradley- Come on man...
        6. Gonzales- Come on man...
        7. Stevenson- Come on man...
        8. DeGale- Come on man...
        9. Jack- Come on man...
        10. Wilder- Come on man...

Dude's only loss is to Pac, two division champ, unified at 140. His resume is one of the most stacked resumes in all of 147. He would beat ALL of the PBC welterweights, I have no doubts.

You read the part where Pac not on the list and he still active? If you put that into context than yeah.

I like Tim, but who are the top level fighters he has beaten? Witter was damn near ten years ago, Cambell was old, the Alexander fight was the most pathetic thing I'd seen before Wlad V Fury, Casamayor was 100, as was Marquez, and Ruslan and Rios were both flat footed, basic fighters. You're telling me thats top ten in boxing?
