The assertion that there are so many elite boxers in every division is so pathetic. All good boxers, and Loma should look to fight them. Elite? Not so much. I'd argue that there is not even one elite fighter at 130. Loma is not the best yet but in the fights he has, he has had decent opposition and I am fine with that. I do think Miura will be a good fight for Loma though. He is like a gatekeeper of 130.
elite means the top guys in a division and Muira has only lost to the very best. except one early lose and a loss to Vargas and takashi uchiyama,
I wouldnt relegate Muira to gatekepper so quickly...his lost to vargas was his first loss in 4 years and 4 title defenses
Also japanese fans are some of the best in the world. It would heighten his profile

Lomachenko has an amazing resume for a person with 7 pro fights, plus he has some historical achievments in pro boxing already, that's why he's on my top 10 p4p list now. I've used to say that Lomachenko is ovverated, because I'm Russian, and for some reason, I always have a prejudice against my own people - I'd better underestimate them then overestimate. I was hoping for Martinez and Gary Russell to whoop Lomachenko, but they failed me. So now Lomachenko is in my top 10 p4p

But he could run into another road block in the future and we would all be wrong.

I respect his skills and talent as well

my favorite is when he lists japanese fighters he's never seen over p4p white guys

Salido showed in that match that he was a **** puncher, not a boxer and if you are gonna tout that victory, it is kind of pathetic. It was a dark day for boxing.

guys come in over the limit and fight dirty all the time
Maidana was dirty vs floyd....Floyd adapted mid fight, and took over midway through the fight
so was Hatton, with the low blows, rabbit punches, etc.
you have to adapt to what you opponent is doing or fight fire with fire to make them know you're not having that and cant and wont be bullied
Sandy Saddler was dirty AF and Pep found a way to outbox him in the second fight. thumbs, elbows, hitting on the break, all that jazz was done.
If a fighter is fighting dirty, you cant expect the referee to prevent it
whats going to happen the next time Loma faces a tough hombre who is gonna crowd him, and not allow him to do what he does best, which is box and utilize his awesome footwork?

its 2016...ever heard of youtube....if you never heard of shinsuke yamanaka or watched him fight, not my problem
maybe you should try being a boxing fan for a day and actually watch the fights, instead of troll, which you suck at
since im sure you never saw him, nor do you have the attention span to watch a fight in its entirety
here is a highlight, step your troll game up
he defeated Darchinyan when he was still a good fighter, Anselmo Moreno who was considered a p4p type or near it, former titlist Tomas Rojas, Malcolm Tuñacao, and Suriyan Sor Rungvisai...you do realize those "white" guys dont have the resume he has, nor are they signed to fight their best contender in their division. He is giving Moreno a rematch soon.
if you dont follow boxing close enough, its not my problem
