I doubt it, he knows he has a better chance of beating Thurman than he does Floyd or Pacman, plus if Al says it's happening, it's happening.

I think we'll get this early next year, if Thurman doesn't have to fight his mandatory then maybe as early as January/February.

Idk man. I was never that big of a Danny fan (I was pretty impartial on him), but he has pissed away the last couple of years and doesn't seem to want to do much more than fight C level guys. Hopefully he proves me wrong and takes on Thurman next year

We'll probably get Garcia vs Broner towards the beginning of 2017. Maybe, if we're lucky, we'll get Thurman vs Garcia by the end of the year, 2017.

Showtime said they're looking to make it early next year and both guys have expressed an interest in the fight, I don't see any obstacles

I know Thurman wants this fight. He has been asking for it for a while now. Thurman will fight tough guys. He just proved that by fighting Porter. Garcia used to fight tough guys years ago. Who ever decides who Garcia fights has been cherry picking his fights for years. He only fights guys he is a big favorite to beat.I doubt Garcia will fight Thurman. Garcia would be the underdog and team Garcia doesn't like that. They will play it safe and defend his WBC title against Berto level fighters.
