And the things you listed are just Canelo's demands. There is also of course the favoring he gets from the WBC. I mean the fact that Canelo even got a vacant title opportunity against freakin Matthew Hatton of all people, a journeyman who never fought at 154, says it all.

Then of course his first real step up fight, against Austin Trout, is magically made open scoring by the WBC, which hasn't happened in the US since that I'm aware of, which was just another way of making sure Canelo knows if he's up or down on the cards, turned out it was overkill given the judges were watching a different fight and had Canelo up big when in reality it was super close.

Somehow gets a draw on one judges scorecards against Mayweather, a fight Canelo lost just about every round.

Another super close fight with Lara, gets the nod. Close fight against Cotto, and yet had absurdly wide scores of 119-109, 118-110 and 117-111.

Of course, given his popularity, he can literally fight anyone he wants. He's had it his way his entire career, all of the advantages you can possibly have in boxing he's had them all. And he has the nerve to make comments like this? Delusional. Like you say, in his mind it's shocking that he's receiving any backlash at all since he's never faced that kind of adversity before probably in his entire life.

Canelo's mistake was making Angulo, Kirkland, and Lara fight at 155. Just so he would have a little extra advantage. If he woulda fought them all at 154 then he coulda easily vacated the mw belt immediately after beating Cotto and then G is in a different division, a division void of any other big names and/or big money fights. Then Canelo would only be as guilty as G is in regards to Ward. Then Canelo could fight the Charlo's, Andrade, Williams, re-match with Lara, and he could have any ww move up just one division for a big payday. While at 160, there is G and bunch of people no one has ever heard of, but who, allegedly, are pro boxers. If you fight in a division, even at a cw at the lowest possible weight for that division, fans still expect you to fight mandatory's and other champs at the maximum at said division. You don't then you are a ducker. I don't see Canelo ducking G as much as I see Canelo refusing to fight anyone without extra advantages, i.e. 155 cw's against jmws. Truth is, Canelo felt he needed that extra one pound advantage over Angulo and Kirkland and that one pound put him in the same division as G and despite G, Sanchez, and Loeffler's insistence that G will fight anyone from 154-168 that apparently doesn't include Canelo. Or Ward. Or Froch. Or Lara. Or anyone else with the slightest chance of victory. But Canelo is a coward, not for moving down to 154 and not fighting G next, but for needing that extra pound advantage in his previous fights.

You make some great points. The judge's scorecards in all his fights have been ridiculous.

That doesn't take away him fighting Trout, when Trout was believed to be the top jmw but wasn't a big payday at all. It doesn't take away him facing Lara, when Lara was perhaps the toughest potential foe and the one that brought the least amount of fans and dollars. Canelo did fight Trout and Lara. Canelo fought Lara one pound heavier than Lara's normal weight of 154. G won't even fight Lara at 160. The smaller guys, who weren't even elite in their lower divisions Canelo fought up until Floyd is well known and quite pitiful. Yes, he did have the open scoring vs. Trout (WTF!?!) and the one pound advantage vs. Lara. But he also fought the biggest $$$ fight (against Floyd) at a cw. G doesn't have the history of repeatedly fighting smaller foes as bad as Canelo, but gotta give credit for him taking the Trout and Lara fights AND for MAKING a fight with Floyd possible. He coulda said 154 or no fight like G is telling Canelo 160 or nothing. Canelo is the biggest draw in boxing. To fight the biggest draw you need to make some concessions. Floyd coulda told Oscar 147 or no fight. But then he never would have made half a billion dollars in the next seven years. Canelo coulda been like G and said it doesn't matter that all I've faced are tomato cans, fight me anyway like G is doing to him. But no, he fought Trout and earned that fight. So yes Canelo always needs advantages, but at least he occasionally fights the best. G doesn't even do that.

Because the best will forfeit their belts to avoid him duh. What's all this garbage dude? Canelo didn't ask for concessions, he gave up the belt without even trying to negotiate ffs. Lara is an afterthought for GGG but they're out of opponents so they called them and now we're hearing excuses from Team Lara. Did you miss that thread? You shouldn't be surprised, they'd already admitted to never approaching GGG's people, which is a funny way to go after a fight you supposedly want badly.

Canelo's greatest career mistake was fighting Cotto for the WBC MW title rather the vacant WBC JMW title. Just one freaking pound difference and none of this backlash would've hit him. But he wanted to pretend to be 'The MW Champion', then got pissy when people expected him to actually back it up.

I don't think Canelo wants any part of Andrade or Jermell Charlo at 154.

Magically made open scoring??? WOW!!! BLAME "No Heart" Trout for KNOWING he's losing and does JACK SHT about!!! Probably didn't want to get BAMBI-Legged for like the 4th time and DROPPED again. Bloody mouth as well.

And CASUAL fan you MISSED all those BODY shots that had Lara in his corner HURTING! Dude freaking RAN!!!! I was there and HEARD those BODY shots shake the entire ring. I scored it 115-113.

How you score it??? Give me a score you HACK job!!I REALLY want to know! 125-82??? 156-25? I bet you scored EVERY round 10-7 for LARA doe!!! Hell throw in a FEW 12-6 for good measure.

Better yet go back to giveing GGG his hourly BJ!

This CLOWN is the REAL reason why GGG gets a lot of hate. Dude REALLY thinks their is a "conspiracy" on WHY Lara RAN and Trout had NO HEART. MILLIONS of boxers WISH they knew where they stood on the cards. Trout DID and did JACK SHT about it.

Is Jermell the one who was losing every round to John Jackson?? Or was that the other brother??? And I thought Andrade retired??? He did lose a belt over retiring didn't he?
