"Super Six" 175 for all the belts

    A man can dream right?

How would you like to see it?

Kovalev vs Ward (WBA, IBF, WBO, Ring belts)

    Stevenson vs Beterbiev (WBC)

    Alvarez vs Oleksandr Gvozdyk*

*Or even Joe Smith makes a little bit of sense since his big win over Fonfara but there are a number of others guy who could be considered Brähmer, Marcus Browne, etc.

What do you think? Who would you like to see and how would it play out? This division is hot.

Love it. And the matches you set up are spot-on too.

Stevonson is too dangerous. You can't prepare for that kind of speed and power in sparring. Especially early in the fight. Fonfara laid out the blueprint though. Get the absolute sh.it beat out of you for 9 rounds then try and land something. It's a hard plan to execute.

The explosiveness is the biggest issue , you can't time that left because nothing tells you when is coming.

No need super 6. 4 man tournament is a lot better so they don't drag. In fact they should make 4 man tournament every year for every division. That would be good for the sport and crown the best each year like every other sport instead of getting these 2-3 years marination for a fight to happen.

Throw Beterbiev into the mix and they would have a great tournament.

That would do me just fine but In a dream world I'd like to see a Super Eight with the losers facing each other and maybe the overall winner of the losing rounds getting a final eliminator shot.

Would save us getting all these gross mismatches we don't need or care for and it'd give someone another shot because the best fighter there might not win it. I could see Kovalev beating Ward maybe but losing to Stevenson who I think Ward would beat.

                Example of what I'd like would be;
                Kovalev vs Ward
                Stevenson vs Beterbiev
                Gvodyk vs Smith
                Alvarez vs Mekhontsev

Highlighted win their fights then we get..
                Kovalev vs Stevenson
                Gvodyk vs Alvarez
Winners from those meet in the final.

But we also get Ward taking on Beterbiev & Smith vs Mekhontsev the winners of those meeting up and getting a final eliminator or something.

I kinda saddens me that stuff like this doesn't happen instead we'll probably finally get 2 of the fights spaced over the next 3-4 years with 12-15 mismatches in between.

Beterbiev is still the hottest name, set aside the super fight we're waiting for.
