I know that Chilemba is a tricky fighter with a solid chin, but Stevenson still looks better with that KO after Kovalev/Chilemba performance

I'm so glad that all the Stevenson's trolls will go back to their basements for a while... Stevenson showed tonight that he's a true Champ... Now just STFU and move on... All of you...

"No chance", that sounds botherline ******ed if you ask me. Seriously Stevenson has looked subpar against the same caliber of fighters you call bums, and I think I 'll put Chilemba a little bit ahead of Williams. All said, Stevenson really didn't have too much to worry about from Williams. Once he tasted his power, he wasn't phased and so he decided to walk him down and impose his will. His left hand is a weapon of mass destruction but I guarantee you he will not be walking Kovalev down at any point during the fight like he did this guy because the incoming fire will just be as heavy as his own artillery. He would probably have the edge in power with his thudding shots but Kovalev to me seem to have the snappy and the punishing shots that have more effect as the fight goes into the later rounds. Enough of all of that, the fight needs to happen asap while both are still on top of their game.

Again, do not let last performances cloud judgment on who wins a matchup. People lose monthly and yearly incomes making that big mistake. I stopped counting how many people used flawed analogies and logic to determine a winner of a matchup.

Solid win for Stevenson. Williams is tough fighter, who has good ability. However he's not an elite fighter and I'm not sure if he will be anymore than a contender.

Hopefully Stevenson gets Alvarez or Beterbiev before the end of the year. Then somehow get the winner of Kovalev vs Ward next year.

Stevenson just doesn't deserve to be ranked where he is and is a great example of the meaningless of lineal titles in such a politics-ridden sport.

Of course he just won a fight (against an opponent very few of you ever knew existed before thie week) and it's boxing scene so he's "back on top" but in reality his resume remains very mediocre.

Stevenson isn't a one trick pony. Hes a dangerous fighter. I really doubt anyone can take that kind of devastating power. Has to be someone just as strong and faster who can throw combinations. I don't see anyone in the division like that.

Stevenson can't handle a pressure fighter with a chin. Kovalev is a pressure fighter but he has no chin. That's what makes that fight exciting. Too bad it will never happen. 50/50 fight.

Wtf is all this talk about stevensons resume. Kovalevs biggest win was old ass hopkins. Who would've demolished him 10 years younger. Neither one of them can really claim some huge victory.

Kovalev's camp walked away from their own purse bid.
