great fight, the type of fight that brings boxing back to the mainstream. The best fighting the best, mark of a true champion aswell going to an opponents back yard

      Assuming Pacquiao isn't retired...
I sort of think Thurman is the best even though he had a very, very hard fight with Porter and could have easily lost that.

Who else at WW could be described as 'far' better than Brook? Manny maybe? Bradley?

Myself I wouldn't call Kell a clear #1 but he's certainly in the discussion.
I scored both fights 115-113. But you can't really say A fighter beat B fighter better than C so A beats C.

Also if I remember correctly Brook got away with a lot of holding???

Not saying that triangle theories work at all, and yeah Kell did hold a lot - not quite egregiously (klitschko stylee) - but plenty, but the consensus is that the Thurman fight was closer. My only point was that Kell is certainly in the discussion - not, as you put it 'far' from being the #1 WW. Unless I misunderstood what you meant?

Thurman has a bit more depth? Name Kell's top 5 wins without it being hilarious.

Ohh GOD NO!!!! Nothing like that! Klitz holding is almost as bad as low blows IMO. His holding is like trying to box 12 rounds with a 250+ lb flak jacket on you. He flops all his weight on the guy. By time get warned or point deduction the damage is done and your freaking worn out. ..

CHEATING and needs to be called out WAY more. Lewis did the same thing against Tyson. Stewerd LOVED tall heavy fighters just for that reason. Easy win and never called until at least round 6+

Also I never said he wasn't close. In fact I think the top 3-4 are all neck to neck. And could all beat each other on any given day. Not dissing fighters. It's just that STACKED of a division. One of the best in boxing right now if not the best!
