Comments Thread For: Dimitrenko Confident of Beating Parker, Derailing Joshua Fight

A gentle giant outside the ring, Alexander Dimitrenko is promising to be more than another stepping stone for Joseph Parker. Dimitrenko, the 2.01m veteran who identifies with Russia and not Ukraine due to the conflict between the two Eastern European countries, made his first appearance in New Zealand on Wednesday ahead of the October 1 fight in Manukau.

Hoffman, sosnowski & krasniqi were journeymen level fighters at best. The only contenders he fought he lost to. Dimitrenko was a decent fighter a few years back but when he stepped up he lost. He has regressed & will get disposed KTFO by Parker...

Yeah Demitrenko was a top contender around 2010, now he's not even that.

Like everyone else has said. Dimitrenko is still young but way past his best.

I wouldn't be confident of Dimitrenko beating Dimitrenko.

He's a timid hearted weakling who'll poo his panties against Parker and faint at the first punch that goes anywhere near his whiskers.

And once more Parker misses an opportunity to build up his experience level.

Park should be able to pull this off.
