Gamboa wouldn't make it beyond 3 rounds. How does he come out of nowhere and start naming champions as potential fights. Sheesh

Good fight...make it happen. I'll put this in the toss up category, depends on how well Loma handles the weight and power associated with it...also Gamboa and how his stamina is affected by coming down in weight again.

The speed & skill level in that ring would be absurd.
People forget how talented Gamboa is he went upto lightweight ffs and fought a huge Terence Crawford and gave him fits. Even in defeat you have to admire the effort he put forth that night.
The way he toyed with Solis who does that seriously? Solis albeit past it is just not a fighter you do that too.
          Battered Salido.

Its a shame a large part of his prime got wasted due to bad management. He is a phenom.

I really do hope we get this fight sooner rather than later.

            I highly doubt it.

He would be hitting air all night, with Loma turning him every which way and making him look ******.

            Gamboa wouldn't see the 8th.

Can anyone tell me the last time Gamboa scored an impressive win?

Gamboa defntly needs a tune up- to be at his best. Doubtful his stamina and punch tolerance are any better than in his prime. Loma beats him up after some exciting rounds probably

I get that's like your Sig but it's way out of place in this thread. Even at his best Gamboa was reckless and got hit, and he's well past it. Loma is much harder to hit flush
