Wouldn't be surprised if Berto beats him too.

Has to be a big Angel influence. His remarks about Thurman/Porter are all you need to hear to understand his opinion on fighters challenging themselves.

Doesn't help that he looked so vulnerable against Herrera and Peterson.

Garcia vs Berto is horrible, they should've at least got it out of the way earlier, like June/July, so we can see Garcia unify with Thurman by the end of the year. I doubt they can fight it in before the year is up now.

Al Haymon is clearly a very smart man, but having your star fighters fight every 8-9 months is very bad for the fighter and for business/marketing, any buzz a fighter has is going to die with that kind of lay-off.

Berto's not a perfect fighter but he has a number of advantages over Danny. He's bigger, stronger, and faster than Danny. There's no reason why Berto would think he's not the favorite going in. Meaning whatever Berto has left he's going to bring going into the fight.

                Like both fights

Give Berto a better shot then most do here in pulling the upset , Carlo / J-Roc is a great fight

Did this fight really take this long to make? (If it's even actually being made)

Another meh fight for Danny. Not really horrible when you look at the fight by itself but when you take into account his last few fights he just looks like he doesn't want tough fights anymore (especially considering he is in a division with so many interesting names).
