He is too small, Ggg is not getting any credit for it. But he's getting 2x his career high at a minimum, and huge exposure in the UK where there's serious money in boxing. It's prizefighting, nobody passes on that just cause the big money will come too easy

It is all about business. In theory fighting the best will bring the best business, but when the top MW's say no and the top WW says yes, it's still big business. That's why Golovkin's selling out arena's and making over $2mill in his next fight, and Danny Jacobs is headlining in Reading, PA on Spike TV on a Friday night. Actually I'm a little concerned for Danny, if that fight's off an indian reservation, his weigh-in will be the day of the fight (no surprise if he loses the title on the scale).

Meantime, what kind of business is Lara doing? If it wasn't for the hedgefund money, he'd be back to making between $100-$200k per fight. The only reason BJS is going to make good money in his next fight is b/c Canelo is ducking Golovkin and wants BJS's belt...

Yeah and Ward is fighting a 39 year old 168 pounder who has absolutely no shot to do anything. Ward isn't exactly setting the world on fire.

If K2 and Trip really wanted that WBC strap they would not have agreed to step aside. So they spent how long chasing a money fight against a smaller fighter?

Step aside, 164, Guy on house arrest, welterweight. See the pattern?
If they weren't worthy 160 champions, then they should have never tried to fight for those belts. That's a fault on Cotto for acquiring the belts. And a fault on the both of them for putting those belts up as a reward to the winner of their fight. Of course, Canelo could have got off easily if he had just not paid the belts fees like Cotto did. But he did pay those fees. And he got the belts. He even had an out right after by just vacating both belts right after beating Cotto...but he chose a voluntary defense, furthering his downfall. The rest is history. What ifs don't change history.

If calling someone out actually resulted in that fighter getting the fight, then everyone would be doing it. It takes more than expressing interest in public. It's quite another to actually send your team to negotiate.

That's what I always felt. Nice point. To me, Abel talks smack for GGG because of GGG's personality & the English barrier. Though, I never fault a trainer or a promoter for talking up their fighter. It's part of the territory. It always depends on what they actually say. And that goes for all trainers & promoters.

These guys ignore all the facts. Lara called him out, and just 2 weeks ago Lou DiBella goes on record saying that fight can't happen due to networks.....

Meantime Lara's not doing **** and Danny Jacobs is also not doing ****. WTF?? If you can't get Golovkin, wouldn't you want the next best guy??? And why is Mr. Brooklyn Danny Jacobs now fighting on a Friday Night Fight (Spike TV) when he called $1.5mill for Golovkin chump change?????????

pussie g is a fuucking fraud. After all that shyt you was talking about Lara should become the mando and pussie g fought a person who is a weight division smaller. Your proud of pussie g for fighting a WW huh? pussie g is so brave for ducking Lara and fighting Brook huh?
I'm pretty sure I explained this to you before. Oh right, I explained the whole thing to you last night, to which you replied with some snide remark. No wait, let me get it:

                    ~Canelo's & GGG's teams go into negotiations.
                    ~Canelo vacates the WBC title.
                    ~Canelo goes to court.
                    ~Canelo & GGG's teams return to negotiations.
                    ~Canelo's team announces Liam Smith.
~GGG's team pursues the next best option, Saunders, who says no.
~GGG's team pursue the next best option, Eubank Jr.
~HBO sets a hard date of Sept 10 in London at the O2 Arena when the GGG/Eubank bout seemed all but assured.
~Hearn tells Loeffler that Eubank Jr is probably not going to sign & asks if they would like Kell Brook in London. Gets approval.
                    ~GGG/Brook fight is announced.

Now, looking at that timeline, how much space is in there for Lara? Canelo held GGG's team on hold for weeks. Then the Eubanks did the same thing in a less than honorable manner. And as a long shot, Hearn offered the Eubank contract to Brook, who signed. GGG's viable options weren't there. Eubank Jr. would have been a nice bout the boxing fans could get behind. But Eubank ducked, just like every other 160 fighter before him. Even though GGG/Brook is a mismatch, as a boxing fan I understand why it's come to this. In a sense, one could say that K2 is trying to force GGG into the UK market because there are a few British boxers they would like to take. By breaking into that market now, they can improve their brand & their chances of securing other quality British boxers. Yes, boxing politics sucks. But let's not beat a dead horse. Let's take Errol Spence as an example. Errol Spence could go on a social media campaign to shame Brook into fighting him...or he can do it the normal way: become his mandatory. I think Spence chose right.

                    To which you replied:

You are a pussie g fanboy. I thought pussie g and his team wanted to unify? Canelo vacated the belts which was clear he didn't want to fight. Lara stepped in and pussie g shut the fuuck up like a good boy period.

So, are you even here to debate, or defame?

That's false information. How often did Ward talk about GGG after signing that HBO contract? Too often to count. To me, he's stopped talking about GGG because he realizes it's not getting him anywhere...on top of which, he has to focus on preparing for Kovalev.
