I would need to give up my job to spend as much time defending GGG as you spend trolling him. Do you guys get paid for doing it or what?

When Loeffler got the offer from Ward he rejected it immediately and told Ward if he wanted to fight GGG at 168 he should send them an offer in 2017, because GGG would be focused on 160 till then.
But he's willing to fight from 154-168, so why is he so focused on just 160? Move up and then go back down.

Apologies for the inconvenience to find this video. At 2:58 the question comes up.

I'm not saying that GGG is among the ATG MW's. But the potential is there. And if we're measuring a current boxer to meet up to those historical standards, then yes we would need to compare a little between the great MW's of the past. It's why we instinctively start to think of potential matchups for a great boxer: to see if they can be an ATG. Isn't that true for all weight divisions?

In my opinion, GGG's team ended up playing hardball on the catchweight because Ward's team was playing hardball on the 50/50 purse. That's what I think was the issue. So to say that GGG's team didn't want to fight is stretching the truth a little. In a sense, Ward's team did not want the fight if they did not want to negotiate those 2 sticking points...same for GGG's team. So maybe the answer is somewhere in-between. But from my point-of-view, if an A-side negotiator is offering a contract, it would be a duck for the B-side to not negotiate it better to their liking or worse, walk away from it.
Honestly, that's what you wanted me to see? That's cut and edited firstly, and all it does is cut back and forth to liar Loeffler, the guy can't get his stories straight now, let alone 3 years ago. The door is closing on them and excuses are now becoming more difficult.

Also, keep in mind no matter how one may interpret Ward, or his reaction...Ward is nothing like most fans of his. The guy is very controlled and would much more prefer to do his talking in the ring, I would believe him long before I did Loeffler.

Just shut up already. You're only making yourself look more foolish if that's possible. And, I don't give a f**k where you're from, that doesn't make you hard....so like I said, grow up.

I told you I was taking the piss. Now stop deflecting and read this again. The response you posted to it before was pointless.

Golovkin articles don't interest me one bit. And why open this dead story about Ward again? It's been clear that he moved up because he can no longer make 168.

Why can't they cover stories about people like Danny Garcia suddenly become inactive? How about asking Lara why he won't fight Andrade?

Why are they letting these people get away with their BS?

No, my intent was to show that GGG is willing to fight Ward, & isn't a coward like some critics would suggest. You could see it on his face. He wants that challenge. And you can't say the door is closing when GGG's popularity only grows. Keep in mind that GGG will probably be in his prime for another 3-5 years depending on well he can avoid damage. So in that line of thought, he could very well make it to 175 within that time frame. And since Ward is younger, there is reason to believe that the window is very much open. You can call Loeffler a snake in the grass like all the other promoters if you want. But his job isn't finished because GGG stock will continue to grow as long as he continues winning. Don't be so quick to dismiss. Within a year, a year and a half, he will have conquered 160. He could conquer 168 much quicker. Leaving the door open for several fights against 175 fighters. Loeffler could very well be in a fabulous position to attract Ward to fight GGG. You never know. So don't be so quick to dismiss GGG.
