Seems I am in the minority.
If Stiverne could be trusted to come in shape I'd much rather that than Pulev who is ****ing terrible.

Pulev will just stand in front of Joshua bolt upright with his chin facing the ceiling pawing like a kitten.

Stiverne is a dangerous counterpuncher with a good body attack, some head movement at least and he can crack and does well vs guys who go to him.
That is what people forget tall guys who move have gave him problems, if you go to him which Joshua would that is an interesting fight.
Stiverne stylistically is quite similar to Whyte but much better.
I really would like to see that fight.

Pulev to me just seems the path of least resistance to getting a name on his resume. Wow he just beat a shot Chisora, who hasn't?

I agree, however I think Pulev would beat Stiverne.. So in terms of which is a better fight its obv the Pulev one.

      But yes he gets stopped.

Stiverne is talented but I go with the amateur pedigree of Pulev of being a bigger test. That said Stiverne is a far heavier puncher, counter puncher anyway. Pulev wears his opposition down.

I haven't a problem with either and seem as though Pulev is mandated soon enough I'd be happy with Stiverne, I'd slightly favour Joshua at this stage.

I can see why Stiverne would be considered a more dangerous proposition than Pulev and somewhat agree wth the notion.

Stiverne has a good amateur pedigree himself.
I think if Pulev & Stiverne fought that Pulev might win that I just have no interest in Pulev vs Joshua myself.
He will literally stand there with his chin ******ly high, his guard acres away from his face inviting every punch in the book. I don't even see him giving Joshua rounds.
If he had maintained a more amateur style I'd be a bit more for it but these days he is very static & upright. I see him as nothing but canon fodder & getting laid out without even putting up a fight. If Stiverne is to lose at least I know he'll go out on his shield swinging for the rafters.
Even when Stiverne is hurt, he is dangerous & that is where Joshua has showed some vulnerability.

I really like that fight because I see him as a better, harder hitting, more experienced Dillian Whyte.

It comes down to styles for me. I feel Pulev possibly edges Stiverne head-to-head but Stiverne is a much bigger threat to Joshua than Pulev is.

I think it probably looks a lot like VK vs Pulev but maybe even more one sided and quicker as Joshua is a faster starter and isn't shy about letting his hands go. Then again I don't see why we can't have both fights before the years out.

Pulev has declined. Since his brutal KO by Klitschko, he hasn't been as confident as before and he's 35 now. He didn't seem as focused or as sharp as I've seen him in the past for his win over Chisora.

I think the Pulev of 4 or 5 years ago vs. the current Joshua would be a fairly even matchup.

But Joshua beats the current faded Pulev.

Pulev is more cagey/craftier than Stiverne....what it comes down to is Pulev is the better fighter and has been obliterated by Wlad ,where Stiverne hasn't fought anyone with a pulse other than wilder. Both stiverne and Pulev have the same odds to win which is zero to slim however Pulev can disrupt joshuas tempo ,Stiverne doesn't have those skills or solid basic boxing pedigree background...as staed awhile back...

                breazeal
                Stiverne
                Pulev
                Parker

                .................WLAD KLITCHKO......the true HW fight

is the route he will take!
