well according to you guys, bob only likes to do in house fights. so why would he entertain talks of another fighter if the broner fight didnt work out?Comment

where did you get 10mil from??? 10mil didnt come from bob. that was what the fans was guessing.did anyone actually think arum was going to do anything but act like he was negotiating with haymon fighters like broner? somehow broner turning down 10 million turned into 3 million. i just find it funny that people still are falling for arums **** and believing what he says. anyone who thinks manny is going to fight anyone other then vargas which is almost for sure or the winner of saturdays fight is literally blind. maybe ill be wrong and i hope i am as vargas manny is about as pointless a fight that has ever been made and its the one i have been expecting since day 1. crawford manny would be ok but i just cant see arum making any fight other then manny vargasComment

Who else am I reminded of when people mention Twitter? Lara and Decubas, and recently, Jacobs. They don't talk to Haymon, their adviser. They just tweet."I spoke to Haymon on the Broner fight and he never once mentioned Danny Garcia or Thurman. Never once. Never once. These are mind games that these guys are playing. They use Twitter like that idiot [Donald] Trump does," Arum said.
"Of course we're open [to doing those fights]. But if these guys truly serious and want a fight against Pacquiao or any of my other fighters, there is a way to do it. They go their manager Al Haymon, who calls me. It's not like Haymon and I don't talk. We do talk. We talked endlessly about a Broner fight. That was the way to do it."

Well it was supposed to be Vargas vs Brook and Pac vs Broner, its not TR's fault for either of those fights falling through. The offers were on the table but both parties withdrew thinking they are worth more. If Pac vs Vargas happens, its not like other fights were not offered.Comment

Preferring to do in house fights does not mean Arum won't consider doing business with other promotions if it is advantageous to him. Haymon advises numerous elite Welterweights so it only makes sense that if Arum and Haymon were in discussion about a welterweight opponent, at least Broner, Thurman and Garcia names would come up. Also, Freddie Roach has already made comments about Garcia passing on a Pacquiao offer.Comment

People just want to discredit TR. Haymon isnt dumb though he knows in a heads up battle, TR's stable could end up diminishing what he started so I wouldn't be surprised if he is "advising" his guys to price themselves out.Comment

I get Broner but Vargas SIGNED to fight for $1.7. It was ALL agreed upon until Brook started crying. If anything Brook didn't keep his WORD! And I don't like LIARS!!! Blamed BREXIT or whatever. $1.7 is a lil high but don't forget he's a CHAMPION as well and was going to come to London!!! Has to pay for flights, training gyms, gear, food, drinks, hotels for EVERYONE on his team. Quick way to spend $500K.Well it was supposed to be Vargas vs Brook and Pac vs Broner, its not TR's fault for either of those fights falling through. He would give up Garcia and Thurman for Pac. That's a WIN-WIN! You beat Pac and get all the Glory!!! You lose??? So what! Plus I'm sure Pac would have a rematch clause if lost or looked bad. not everyday you get a chance to take down a boxing god...Comment
