i believe arum dont mind making these fights. if thurman is on board to take less money then im sure this match up will be no problem to make.

floyd fans like to say arum likes to keep everything in house, but who doesnt? that doesnt mean he cant work out a deal for a fight with another promotor. if you guys recall, arum never had a problem making the floyd fight at the beginning with pacquiao, the fight didnt go thru the first time because of drug testing. had floyd not request for it then the fight would have gone thru the first time around.

and thurman's last ko came in 2013. i wouldnt say he's a ko puncher.

did anyone actually think arum was going to do anything but act like he was negotiating with haymon fighters like broner? somehow broner turning down 10 million turned into 3 million. i just find it funny that people still are falling for arums **** and believing what he says. anyone who thinks manny is going to fight anyone other then vargas which is almost for sure or the winner of saturdays fight is literally blind. maybe ill be wrong and i hope i am as vargas manny is about as pointless a fight that has ever been made and its the one i have been expecting since day 1. crawford manny would be ok but i just cant see arum making any fight other then manny vargas

More than likely it will be Vargas because he has a title, needs a fight and MOST IMPORTANTLY....is a Top Rank boxer. Arum wants as much money as possible and keeping it in house will make that happen. Also, if Crawford beats Postol and Pac beats Vargas, that makes a Crawford vs Pacquiao fight very plausible for 2017.
