I slightly favour Ward on points , did before the Krusher vs Chilemba fight too. Though I could easily see a Kovalev KO. I'm as stoked for this as I was last night.

I will be rooting for Kovalev.

I'm honestly not sure of what the outcome will be. A lot may depend on whether there is an honest ref who won't permit Ward to use illegal tactics and, if it goes to the cards, honest boxing judges.

I think all the officials should be from NEUTRAL countries. We saw on Saturday, there are some terrible judges in Las Vegas. And we saw in Ward-Kessler what can happen when there is a bad referee.

You can say that because it is true but we can't pretend like there isn't an opposing and equally race motivated group that has adopted a certain middleweight as their hero. To take notice of one and not the other would indicate that one is taking sides in this.

Any way I'm team Ward all the way and have been since the start of the super six, and I'm sure many of us have been and didn't just join because Floyd retired.

except that the first group I talked about is IMO doing bigger numbers and more active doing troll threads all over the place and seems to get a pass for some reasons.

And there are plenty of crooked boxing judges in Vegas who will give him the rounds he would lose with fair judges.

jack reiss is one of the best refs out there. yes, he did a horrendous job in the kessler ward fight but he's only gotten better. he's unbiased and fair.

No, he always favors the promoter's fighter. He's one of the very worst refs - I've never seen him being impartial.

He especially favors Andre Ward for some reason - maybe James Prince, Ward's shady manager who had poor old Leonard Ellerbe beaten up by thugs, gives him some kind of a reward?
