Make these alts public. I have heard users hear complain about posters being alts and i want to see them publically shamed.

there's no way to tell for sure, but i will denounce the votes of user accounts that have very few posts for their join date. or accounts with 2016 join dates, with the exceptions of accounts who actively post.

for instance, under the kovalev votes there's a guy named NN8888 who has a 2015 join date but only a single post. tall tale sign of an alt. how do you join in 2015 and not make a single post until july of 2016, and then happen to show up to vote in this poll. alt material.

Maybe he's just a lurker? There's plenty of people who register to read articles/discussions, yet don't post.
