Are we gonna do this about every fighter in the sport?
Hell lets give him a silly childish name whilst we are at it how about Rigonjuicedoe? Yh that'll take off.
did he get popped with an IV in his arm and 15 times the legal amount of saline on the eve of the pacquiao fight?
i have no proof that floyd used peds. i do have proof that a fighter who claims not to cut any weight during training, or to rehydrate significantly after a weigh in, was supposedly so dehydrated that he needed an IV. there's a lot of medical literature, and just plain old testimony and experience, to back up the notion that even moderate dehydration is best treated by drinking water and electrolytes.
any reasonable person will find floyd su****ious, given that reality. he also hooked up with ariza, a guy whose fighters have popped for PEDs, and heredia, a guy who testified before a grand jury in the balco scandal to avoid punishment for his involvement
before you say, "bbb but pacquiao doe."
yes, manny was highly su****ious himself becayuse of his involvement with ariza. highly su****ious.
the most su****ious was marquez, who went through puberty again at 38, broke out in f#Cking acne, and looked like the f#cking hulk.
So Rigo's defense and less engagement offensively for what the "fans" "really" want is how different than Mayweather's success?
Did Floyd learn the shoulder roll after May 2nd, 2015? Does PEDs influence non engagement offense and mainly benefits counter attacks?
This is a nice thread for many casual boxing fans to express upon. discuss
peds will help any kind of fighter. seems like you're trying to imply otherwise.
one of the effects of testosterone that benefits athletic performance is the prodution of red blood cells. you can work harder, for longer, and at a higher rate. that means you can train for 3 hours at the gym instead of two without breaking down. you can work on punching power, or you can do defensive drills longer and harder. either way, you're benefitting from the use of the drugs.
you guys really took it to heart that floyd was popped with an IV. i get it, because you talked sh#T about manny's alleged drug use for years. same thing happened with catchweights. manny was the catchweight king when he fought cotto. then floyd fought a drained canelo alvarez, who hasnt' since fought below 155 lbs. bnow you're all defending canelo wanting to fight golovkin at 155

Floyd said the usage of an IV was recommended by Ariza. Floyd had been using USADA since the Mosley fight and never used an IV, then hooks up with Ariza and uses an IV. Yeah, its su****ious but Floyd was never found with anything in his system despite being tested multiple times. IV use does not equal PED use no matter how much Pacquiao fans think otherwise.
