I agree with everything he said including not blaming either fighter for taking the fight because both fighters will make a hell of a lot of money. They are first and foremost prize fighters and that's how they make their living and take care of their families and themselves.

Wouldn't surprise me. Wouldn't surprise me if Canelo fought Bradley.
The difference is that Canelo and his team rightly believes there is time to carve out his legacy. And as a big money maker, he wins regardless of who he faces. I would expect that GGG's team would have a sense of urgency but they are content to milk this wave for what it's worth.
But I don't recall fighters who claimed they were avoided reacting that way.
I remember Bernard Hopkins having to sign with Don King (and almost ruining his career--for those who remember how it went in the ****ter after Tito before their agreement expired) just to get in the middleweight tourney.
I remember Pacquiao moving up two weight classes for Oscar.
I remember Floyd moving up for Oscar.
I remember Margarito having to move up to 154 to fight Daniel freaking Santos in Santos' backyard (Puerto Rico) for a rematch no one wanted to see.
On and on.
What's going on here? Just a money grab, nothing else.
good call !!Comment

I don't believe it's a big money fight at all.
Khan is twice the draw that Brook is.
And Canelo is twice the draw that Khan is.
Brook is not even a draw in the UK.
Isn't this just a no-money fight against an unproven welter ?
The exact same thing that a lot of guys criticize PBC for peddling ?Comment

Why are you avoiding telling me who's your #1?Comment

My bad. My #1 at the moment is Ward or Pac. Since FMJ is retired. I consider Pac because he lost to #1 but still is favored against everyone @ WW. I say Ward because even with the layoff his accomplishments are leaps above the rest except Pac. So unless Pac retires or loses Ward goes to #1 and with a win over kovalev he definetly solidifies the #1 spot with a loss or official retirement by Pac.Comment

Whilst I think that #1 is a little too high for Ward considering the fact that he is coming off a layoff and has not fully reestablished himself yet, your justification and reasoning is understandable.....
But HeroBando's justification for Golovkin being #1..... "because I love him with all my heart"..... is not justifiable, for obvious reasons.
I got Rigondeaux.
And yea, I definitely still have Pac in my top10 as well.Comment

Lil G fans are now the worst on BS.
Some of the immaturity on this thread is astonishing. They have eclipsed Klit, Floyd and Pac fans easily.Comment
