Roach gets a lot of **** on NSB (mainly because of the Mayweather/Pac saga) but the guy is an excellent trainer. Not surprised to hear Postol have so many good things to say.

Pretty sure what Roach is saying is mostly talk, though. I'd think Postol will want to make use of his size and make Crawford close the distance.

This right here. I'm sure behind closed doors freddie drops a lot of knowledge to his fighters. Floyd fans can hate all they want but there's a reason why fighters chooses to train with roach.

People always talk about Roach only has a plan a. Can you show me an instance where plan a didn't work for a certain fighter so his trainer told him to go to plan b. Can you show me this?

mayweather vs Pacquaio for example....why would he not tell manny to parry the jab and keep his lead foot on the outside and cut off the ring. Thats when he had success. Doesnt take a rocket scientist to notice when he had his right foot on the outside, his left hand was aligned with mayweathers head

what advice did roach give in the fight? what adjustments did Manny Make? none

Pistol looked very thin like he overtrained for this fight. If he goes right at Crawford, he's getting wrecked and I think his punch resistance will be strained due to the overtraining.

Either way I will be enjoying this event with the finest stream I can get my grubby paws on.

Postol definitely had a gameplan and adjusted during the Matthyse fight. People that predicted Matthyse would knock him out are now downplaying that victory, as if Crawford has ever faced that level of threat in his career.

the only advice you can give to a fighter fighting a runner is to request for a smaller ring.
