According to records provided by the Nevada Athletic Commisison, each man gave 11 urine and eight blood samples.
      http://sports.yahoo.com/blogs/boxing...182400390.html

All 22 urine samples collected during the Mayweather/Pacquiao testing program were tested by CIR and for EPO.
Indeed, every professional boxer USADA has ever tested has been tested using the CIR methodology.

According to NSAC's own records, all of the urine tests were handled by USADA. Now let's see what you do. Are you going to be a man and admit that you are wrong? I think you should. Then after you do, let's see you try to give an answer for my questions:
"collected during the Mayweather/Pacquiao testing program" This is not part of any program, it's standard commission testing like these previous Floyd close calls with the commission test, while doing his USADA sham on the side:

Kizer pointed out that Friday's results were not part of the more-frequent urine and blood testing that has been contractually mandated by Mayweather. That testing is being randomly conducted by the United States Anti-Doping Agency.

"Today's was the commission test. It was the official test before the fight," said Kizer. "The fact that they're doing some additional testing on their own, well, they're free to do that."
Hey so you ran away when I posted that Molina link. What's your thoughts on that? To remind you how it went:

      1. Molina says so excited they're doing Usada testing, its already started
      2. Molina busted by commission post fight test
      3. Usada: we never tested Mr Molina

Ok, so that's the kind of poster you are. I clearly proved you are wrong, and you are trying to get around it desperately. What a surprise. Direct quote from NSAC and you still deny it.

And no one ran away from anything. I sent YOU the link about USADA not doing the testing. No one knows what Molina is talking about, but if you do some research, you would see where USADA stated even about other fights that they were only testing on a fight by fight basis, but NOT for every fight for PBC, and they stated they never tested Molina. They stated there were only discussions about testing for every fight.

Furthermore, there are other quotations where NSAC clearly states that the 11 urine samples came back clean. You know, the 11 that Mayweather gave. NSAC didn't do any further testing. Just be a man, admit you are wrong, and admit you can't answer my questions.

It's Nsac reporting the results of the bogus, private contract OST program, as communicated to them by Usada. They still do their official test every time, like we know they did for Guerrero, Cotto, Ortiz. They're not gonna trust their official test to some guys on the payroll of the tested fighter, who didn't even report the IV to them till days after.

Fight hype states matter of factly there's Usada testing, Molina says he's real excited about it and it's already started. How gullible can you be?

You misunderstood what I posted. Those are two separate quotations. NSAC is saying that ALL 11 urine samples were tested.

The second quotation is from USADA.

I didn't misunderstanding anything. They're talking about the results of the bogus OST. They do their pre/post fight official urine test EVERY time. It's already produced sketchy results for Usada tested Floyd 2x, Nsac just wasn't equipped to handle them. They're not farming out their official test to guys like this

“USADA has historically been recognized as the world’s leading anti-doping authority. However, my experiences to date with them have been less than acceptable and less than professional,” said Bob Bennett, the executive director of the Nevada commission.

Are you serious? Do you see where it says ALL URINE SAMPLES? There were 22 total, 11 for each man and NSAC confirmed it.

                • yeah, he had the money for the best most undetectable **** and then sought to try to get further advantages by bringing in specific testing that could catch the cheap crap that many of his opponents would probably have been on prior to their fight with him.

I'm not singling out floyd I'd be su****ious as **** of pac too

                    I understand your position:

                    1. Nsac waived their mandatory official test in favor of guys who've had less that acceptable and professional XP with the commission. Guys that don't even report the raw result to to Nsac, only pass/fail (I got a Bennett quote for you)
                    2. Usada breaking the rule on no retroactive Tue for non emergency IVs like home visits (listed by name), sweep that under the carpet
                    3. Ditto for this Molina high comedy. You show that to a casual, and they know what's up.

The PEd stench is overpowering, do you even buy this bull**** you're peddling?

Dude. The issues NSAC had with USADA were after the fight. Secondly, you are blatantly ducking the direct quotations I gave you. All of the urine samples were tested by USADA. You are wrong and you know it. Just be a man and admit you are wrong. We are all wrong sometimes.

I'll give you more quotes about PBC and directly from NSAC when home, if you really need it, but to any rational person, what I provided should be enough.
