If I had to guess for my life I would say yes he did use performance enhancing drugs. The ivy scandal after the Pacquiao fight really hurt Mayweather's credibility. And it put into perspective how he was a cheat all along masquerading as a crusader for clean a sport, only a fool would believe Mayweather's narrative.

He's been using since the Delahoya fight the guy was a Skinny Twig before that fight and he came in thicker with a much larger size neck. .Thats the first thing I noticed and became su****ious of him using PEDS. Than when he started accusing Pacquaio of using them than I was 100% sure he was on PEDS. I once heard him say in a video when stated that F it everyone else uses them when referring to Pacquaio using PEDS

I believe he did, but he used the system in a way that he was able to get away with it. The red flags are:

Personal contract with USADA
IV use after weigh-in

The personal contract with USADA should have been considered a conflict of interest, and should have been brokered through the NSAC. That way, the NSAC is the client and the fighters are the participants. By Floyd being the client of USADA, he had full disclosure of his tests and the authority to keep them private or make them public. The NSAC is to blame for even allowing this in the first place. Floyd just used a loophole and/or negligence from the NSAC to get it done.

I also believe most fighters are using PEDs in some shape of form. Things are being added to WADA daily so something that was fine recently, may be flagged in the future. This includes pretty much anything over the counter at our local GNC and nutrient shops.

Have you not been following the Russian State sponsored scandal? going back at least 5 years. There is are 100's of failed, cancelled or su****ious circumstances around the tests and only more information will come out.

Both are probably on something or have been, but circumstance around Mayweather is su****ious as hell. Its just whether and when investigations are conducted.

Most athletes have at some point either been offered or have used some form of PEDs. I doubt Floyd has used anything, but I also wouldn't be overly shocked if he caught with something. Same applies with Manny.
