Here's the rule, a$$wipe. No wiggle room there
http://www.usada.org/wp-content/uplo...-Infusions.pdf
In addition, Mr. Mayweather declared the infusion in advance to the USADA DCO.
Like most substances and methods on the WADA Prohibited List, the
use of IVs in this manner is prohibited without a TUE. When an athlete has an approved TUE, as in the case of Mr. Mayweather, who received a retroactive TUE for his use of an IV containing saline and vitamins, it is not a violation of the WADA rules to use the substance or method.
Retroactive TUEs are a standard part of the WADA International Standard for The****utic Use Exemptions (ISTUE).
And this:
Mr. Hauser fails to specifically identify any provisions in the Testing Agreement that conflict with USADA’s statement that our professional boxing testing programs are in accordance with the WADA International Standards. In addition, Mr. Hauser’s statement that Floyd Mayweather received a TUE granted under standards different than the WADA International Standard for The****utic Use Exemptions (ISTUE) is false. The TUE Committee which granted a retroactive TUE to Mr. Mayweather relied upon the WADA ISTUE.
Mayweather notified them before taking it, it was accepted, and the TUE was applied for retroactively in accordance to WADA's rules. It's right in front of your face, so stop with the bs.

14 Times the required limit of that Iv drip given to someone in critical condition in the Fckn hospital lol
You should do some research. You would find that 1000ml of saline solution is given to treat a hangover! You stepped in serious **** here.

A. Why mask with an IV if USADA was paid off?
B. Why would it be necessary to apply for a TUE if USADA was paid off?
C. Why leave a paper trail by applying for a TUE if USADA was paid off?
D. Why would USADA reveal the IV use if USADA was paid off?
E. Why did USADA fail to tip him off about when they would come if they were paid off? Could have turned their head to it altogether, which would be much safer.
F. Why would USADA take a partial sample from before the IV which would make it more difficult to pass if he was dirty if USADA was paid off?
G. Did he also pay off the WADA accredited labs in case aforementioned tests came back positive? Labs that would report any failed test directly to WADA as a part of their agreement to being WADA accredited.
H. Did he pay off WADA too, just in case?
I. How can anyone explain the other 20 drug tests he passed without the IV without speculation, knowing they were subjected to CIR testing and the Athlete Biological Passport.
So he paid them off so that he could cheat....and he paid them off to basically not help him to cheat in any way???? For an astute businessman, seems like a terrible waste of money, no?

i think floyd wasnt juicing in his early days but as more and more people demanded him for the pacquiao fight i think thats when floyd started juicing.
he wanted to built his body up slowly and let his body get some time to get use to the peds he was taking. this explain why he needed that IV to flush it all out of his system just in time for the fight.
hate him or love him, but he played his cards right. plus having money helps a lot too!

1. Mr. Mayweather declared the infusion in advance to the USADA DCO.
2. He was obviously allowed by the DCO to take the IV with the retroactive TUE in mind.
3. The retroactive TUE was accepted in accordance to WADA's rules.
So now we have USADA and WADA telling you that you are wrong, but somehow you can't understand it.
And you still won't answer why he had to mask and receive a TUE if USADA was in his pocket. Let me give you a hint. You won't answer because you can't. You tried before but failed miserably, and then you dropped it because you had nowhere to go.
