Exactly. If they had any intention of fighting Ward, they could have made the same agreement that Ward and Kovalev made even after Golovkin agreed to fight Lemieux. Does Team Golovkin really expect boxing fans to accept the excuse that you can't discuss and agree to future fight plans when Ward and Kovalev have a future fight agreement and when Team Golovkin has a verbal future fight agreement with Canelo and Golden Boy even though Golovkin fought Wade and is now scheduled to fight Brook? Stop the lies and madness.

...and his people say Golovkin is at the top pf boxing yet he isn't even the Lineal Champion of his division, isn't #1 P4P and isn't a PPV boxer.

Krusher vs Ward is a super fight. GGG vs Ward is a mismatch. Ward is bigger, faster, more skilled, and has more big fight experience. He would force GGG to fight on his back foot, and keep mugging him and pushing him backwards. GGG is not a versatile fighter and is ineffective fighting going back. It would be an ugly boring fight, because GGG would not be able to adapt, plus he gets hit way too often by even lesser fighters. Ward by UD or late tko.

The reason people like Golovkin so much is because of his style and power. I fail to see what his management has to do with it. His opposition has been decent at best but he's yet to be truly tested due to the lack of quality in the division. Even if he got to beat the top guys-- Saunders, Jacobs, Quillin and Sturm (all who obviously ducked Golovkin), I doubt they'd have much for him. This is why he should move up in weight, although 168 isn't much better.

If they seriously think that GGG has a chance against Ward at 175, they are biggest idiot in this sport. If it were at 168, against 2-yrs-off Ward...yeah, they would have had a chance. But at 175? hmmm....

Actually, it seems like they are just trying to make people's eyes turn from the fact that GGG now fighting a 147 guy. And I doubt that they really want to make GGG move up to 175 before he retire...
