He could easily make that fighting a few average fighters in a row. No reason to risk get humiliated and lose his 0 unless he's confident he can beat Floyd (spoiler: He can't, not unless he gets lucky or pulls out an otherwordly performance like none we've seen from him yet.)

FMJ has already told the world what it will take to get him back in the ring. A guaranteed $100 million. Keith Thurman can't generate that type of revenue so he won't get the fight. The minute a WW separates from the pack as the next shinning star or a WW is being talked about as the one to beat FMJ, then you might see FMJ back in the ring. Only if the money is there.
Really, if you were FMJ why would you continue fighting? He's made more money than any other fighter in the history of the sport and fought & beat everybody folks said he couldn't. I'm sure some of you will pull a name out of your backside that you feel he should have fought at some point in time but if you're being truthful you would realize that the fighter you name and when you feel FMJ should have fought them was during the time he was with TR. And being truthful, TR prevented a lot of fights from happening as they do to this day. What fighter out there right now @ 147 could FMJ fight for a $100 million payday? None. The only one that has a remote chance of getting him that type of money would be against Broner provided Broner fights and beats Manny. And Broner ain't beating Manny nor is he fighting him.
