Truth

People can questions Paulie and his lack of power in the ring but you cannot question his boxing knowledge and analysis. He always speaks the truth. He is a guy with strong feelings like with Manny but most of the time he is on point. Weight classes exist for a reason and it makes no sense to put Amir with Canelo and this fight is worse with GGG and Brook. Two full divisions, I would make the weigh-in the same day or have a rehydration clause. GGG gets no credit for knocking out a welterweight.

I agree with Paulie, people forget that back in the day when greats jumped up two weight classes they weighed-in on the day of the fight. They didn't get to rehydrate and put on 20+ plus pounds like fighters like Canelo do.

Even though Paulie is considered one of the lesser boxing analysts out there, he makes some very fair points about GGG & Brook. No one was calling Brook out. And when GGG is looking for a quality fight at 160, everyone ducks. Hard to showcase a good fight with the top MW when there aren't any willing quality dance partners.
